How much does the programme cost?
There are three programmes: 1 month at €89, 3 months at €79 a month (€237 in total) and 6 months at €69 a month (€414 in total). All of them include a dedicated nutritionist, a plan in 48 hours, two measurements a month and the Careness app. In the free video call we choose together which one suits you.
How does the measurement from two photos work?
The app guides you step by step: you stand in front of the camera and take two photos following the instructions. The technology works out the body measurements in seconds and shares them with your nutritionist. The original photographs are not kept.
Do I need anything besides a smartphone?
No. You need the Careness app, which is free and available on iPhone and Android, and a clear wall for the photos.
Does the plan really arrive in 48 hours?
Yes. From the end of the assessment the plan is available in the app within 48 working hours, complete with recipes and shopping list.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time and with no penalty. In the first 7 days after activation the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Who are the nutritionists?
They are professionals on the Italian professional register, selected and coordinated by the Careness team. The programme is delivered by the professional: Careness is the platform they work on.
Can I move to a longer programme?
Yes, at any time, to carry on without a break. Just tell your nutritionist in the chat.
